What is your return policy?
Tropical Greetings fully guarantees the package you receive against any bending, tearing, breaking or any other kind of damage which may occur during the shipping process.  If there is damage, you must contact Customer Service within 5 days.

What are the options when shipping my cards?
Packages will be shipped via United States Postal Service.

What is the average delivery time for an order?
Orders should arrive within 3 - 7 business days from the date your order is placed (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays).

Can I send my cards internationally? Do you ship to Canada or overseas?
All Canadian orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS, and might require additional lead-time to receive your order. All other orders will be shipped USPS and will take extra time (usually at least 2 weeks) to receive your order due to customs in your country. Additional charges may apply. International shipping charges depend on what country we ship to and the number of boxes ordered. To inquire about postage, send us an email at cw@tropicalphotogreetingcards.com

How do I check out and pay for my order?
A new shopping cart window will open connecting you to Secure Paypal Servers.

What are the payment options?
We will accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through our secure network. We also accept money orders or cashier checks.

What type of security measures are used?
Orders are processed using the PayPal secure server processing system, which provides the highest level of online transaction security. This Web site secures your private information using a VeriSign SSL Certificate. Information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission.

You do not have to be a member of PayPal to purchase items on this site. If you are a member, the following is offered by PayPal:
